3. Difference between Clarins Club Beauté and Clarins Club Beauté Plus

Clarins Club Beauté is the membership for Clarins counter while Clarins Club Beauté Plus is the membership for Clarins Skin Spa. Both enjoy the same privileges. The only difference would be the reward redemption gifts.

4. How to become a member of Clarins Club Beauté

Purchase Clarins products worth RM350 or RM500 and above on Clarins products and treatments in a single receipt, fill in your personal details in the membership form, attach with an original receipt and register at your preferred Clarins counter or skin spa.

You will be then notified via SMS to collect your Clarins Club Beauté Card at your preferred Clarins counter within 3 weeks of application.

5. Reward Points

How to earn reward points

For every Ringgit spent on Clarins products, you will earn 10 points. During your birthday month, you will earn double points.

How to check your rewards points

You can check your reward points by logging in to theClarins Club Beauté page of Clarins Malaysia website. Your login name is your membership ID number and your default password is your IC or passport number. You may change your password anytime under the “Edit Profile” section. Your points will be updated within 48 hours of your last purchase.

Reward redemption

Reward Redemption is done every April and October annually. Points cannot be carried forward after 2nd reception due date nor exchangeable for cash. Redemption needs to be done at your Home Counter (Clarins Counter/Skin Spa that you have registered as member). You will be notified in 1-2 months’ time when your Clarins redemption rewards are ready for collection.

Redemption of rewards will not be entertained after the due date. The excess points cannot be accumulated to the next redemption level nor be exchanged for cash.

Rebate Redemption is done every January and July annually. Points cannot be carried forward after 2nd redemption due date nor exchangeable for cash. Rebate Voucher is only available for collection from mid-January/mid-July onwards at your preferred Independent Clarins Skin Spa. (Based on RM25 denomination)

Reward points expiry

Points are meant to be used within 12 months of membership and are not to be carried forward after 2nd redemption date.

Redemption rewards catalogue

We will send your point’s statement and redemption rewards catalogue to your mailing address 1 month before the redemption month.

You can also login to the Clarins Club Beauté page of Clarins Malaysia website to check the redemption rewards catalogue. Your login name is your membership ID number and your default password is your IC or passport number.
