Returns | How to Return Your Order
STEP 1 - Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return
If you wish to return any product within 7 working days after delivery, it can be done by calling Customer Service at 03-21414076, or emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details.
STEP 2 - Completing The Necessary Documentation & Carefully Pack Your Return
Please fill up the Consumer Product Return Form and place it inside the return package. Carefully pack your return, along with the completed Return Form, in the original package to prevent damage during transit and ensure the timely processing of your refund.
STEP 3 - Returning The Product
Affix the return label and send the box back to us via a carrier of your choice. If a return label is not available, please address your package to:

STEP 4 - Processing The Refund
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification. Product returned must be in their original condition and unopened. You will receive email notification of your refund from us.
All refund delivery fees are fulfilled by user. Clarins.com.my is not held for return shipping costs should full refund is mentioned.
In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
• Returns are processed within 7-15 business days of receipt.
• An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
Please note: Only products purchased on Clarins.com.my may be returned for refund.
