How do I sign up for the new Club Clarins loyalty program?
Simply create a Clarins account online or at the Clarins boutique, and you will automatically be a part of the Club Clarins Loyalty Program! If you already have a Clarins.com account, you have automatically been transferred to Club Clarins.
As a bonus for new member, you will receive 30 points loaded into your account as a welcome treat!
How does the program work?
Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program that rewards you for treating yourself. Earn points every time you shop on Clarins.com or in a Clarins Boutique—and even when you complete your profile or join special bonus point activities. The more you collect, the higher your status climbs, unlocking even more exclusive perks along the way. Enjoy delightful surprises like discovery sizes, full-size product rewards, and other members-only benefits as you move up the tiers.
RED STATUS: <2,000 points
SILVER STATUS: 2,000 – 10,000 points
GOLD STATUS: >10,000 points
Earning points is easy!
Members can collect points in a variety of ways, including special bonus point events held throughout the year.
Points Earned on Purchases
RM1 spent on products = 1 point
RM1 spent on services = 0.5 point
Bonus Point Opportunities
> Sign up for Club Clarins: 30 bonus points
> New members' second purchase: 60 bonus points
>Tier upgrades:
Red to Silver: 50 bonus points
Silver to Gold: 100 bonus points
Members may also earn additional bonus points through selected promotions and activities.

Why is the Club Clarins loyalty program changing?
We've simplified our loyalty points system to make it clearer and easier to understand for everyone.
Previously, members earned 10 points for every RM1 spent, and rewards required a higher number of points. Under the new program, members now earn 1 point for every RM1 spent, and reward redemption thresholds have been adjusted accordingly. For example, a reward that previously required 10,000 points now requires 1,000 points.
In terms of value, nothing has changed — you'll enjoy the same rewards and benefits as before, just with a simpler and more transparent points system that's easier to track.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your Club Clarins account on clarins.com.
Click on My Points Recap. You will be able to view your current point balance and expiring points.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Log in to your Club Clarins account and go to “My Rewards” under My Account. Select your desired reward, add it to your bag, and proceed to checkout.
Please note:
Orders that contain only complimentary product rewards will be subject to the standard shipping fee.
Orders that include purchased products along with redeemed rewards will qualify for free shipping.
How long are the points valid for?
All points earned are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will expire at the end of the month.
When does my Tier expire?
The membership status is valid until the end of the month, 12 months after the status update date.
Your membership status is updated based on the number of points earned within the most recent 12 months.
Example:
To maintain Gold status, you need to earn 10,000 points by the end of the month, 12 months after your last status update.
Am I allowed to combine points with my friends?
No, each member is allowed to use the Club Clarins Points they earn within their own membership and may not combine Club Clarins points in any other way.
