What do toners do?
Toners definitely don't get enough airtime. This should be your no-ifs, no-buts second step once you're done cleansing and removing your makeup. Just a few seconds is all that's needed to prime your skin to soak up your usual day or night products. Apply your toner using one or two cotton pads, avoiding the eye area.
