Terms & Conditions
  • eVoucher redemption is available until 15 August 11:59pm. After 15 August, only product redemption is available.
  • All unused August expiring points will be forfeited by 1 September 2021.
  • Member can choose to redeem product if they do not redeem the e-voucher. However, member will only be notify on product collection after physical stores are reopen.
  • Member is entitled to one predefined e-voucher value determined by the member’s total Club Clarins Points expiring on 31 August 2021. No change of e-voucher value is allowed.
Member will receive a promo code corresponding to the e-voucher value within 48 hours after member’s confirmation to redeem via mobile number provided.
  • The e-voucher is only valid for purchase on Clarins.com, not valid for use with other discount / promo code and non-transferable. Order value must be greater than voucher value in order to proceed with checkout.
  • The e-voucher is valid until 31 August 2021,11:59pm.
  • Un-utilised promo code will be deemed invalid after the expiry date.
  • Clarins Malaysia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
