  1. How does the loyalty programme work?

    Simply make a purchase at any authorised Clarins Boutiques, Skin Spa, Departmental Stores and www.Clarins.com.my to be eligible as Club Clarins member. Kindly ensure that the email address used to register for the online account is the same as the email address used to register in store to allow the points to be accumulated in the same Club Clarins Account.
  2. How do I earn points?

    With Club Clarins Membership Programme, you will earn Club Clarins points automatically when you place qualifying orders on www.Clarins.com.my. Purchasing products grant you 10 points for RM1 spend (Excluding Shipping Fees, Voucher Codes or Discount Codes).
  3. How do I check my points?

    You may enquire about your points balance from any authorised Clarins Boutiques, Skin Spa, Departmental Stores or login to https://www.clarins.com.my/club-clarins-login-malaysia/
  4. I have already made a purchase on www.clarins.com.my; do I already have a personal account on the website?

    Placing an online order does not automatically create a personal account. A personal online account needs to be created.
  5. How many points do I receive for a purchase?

    Purchasing products grants you 10 points for RM1 (Excluding Shipping Fees, Voucher Codes or Discount Codes.)
  6. How do I use my available points?

    You can redeem your points for full-sized Clarins products from the Club Clarins Rewards Catalogue.
  7. Reward status

    You will receive Club Clarins points for your orders made on www.Clarins.com.my within 5 working days from the day you receive your orders.
  8. What happens to my points if I don't use them before they expire?

    Unfortunately if your points are not used then they will be forfeited.
  9. Why aren't my points updating?

    Points are credited to your Club Clarins Membership Account within 5 working days from the day you receive your orders. If your points have not been updated, please contact us via email at customercare@my.clarins.com
  10. Can my voucher be combined with other promotional offers?

    Vouchers can be combined with other promotional offers.
  11. Can I pick up my gift in a shop?

    No, we will process your order including the gifts.
  12. Can I combine with my points with my existing Club Clarins account?
