Shopping | Tracking Your Order

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing, please contact our Customer Service team on +603 2141 4076 or email ecommerce.my@clarins.com. 

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your 10-digit tracking reference number to track your order online or via their app. On average, your order should take between 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
