Exfoliating Body Scrub for Smooth Skin
Apply Exfoliating Body Scrub to damp skin using circular movements to remove rough, flaky cells and impurities and give the skin on the buttocks a sleek new start.
Apply also to the tummy, bust, décolleté and arms.
You can also use Exfoliating Body Scrub on what Clarins calls the natural bra area - from the base of the breasts up to the chin.
Tonic Body Treatment Oil
Place hands flat against the lower part of the tummy. Gentle move hands up and down in opposite directions.
Stretch Mark Control Cream
Lightly “pinch” the skin on your tummy, working towards the tightest areas. This pinching may become difficult towards the end of your pregnancy. Instead, make light, circular movements with the fingertips.

Bust Beauty Firming Lotion
Using the palm of your left hand, apply the product in a circular motion around the right breast, working from the outside in, then move up above the breast. Repeat on the left breast.
Stand up with elbows against your sides, a book “clasped” under each arm, keeping the forearms horizontal and the palms of the hands facing the ceiling. Move the forearms outwards, keeping the upper arms tight against the body.
Holds this position for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times
Join both hands together at nose level, keeping the elbows horizontal and pushing the palms of your hands together, exerting as much pressure as possible.
Repeat 15 times.

- you’ll soon notice that the nipples appear higher with each muscle contraction.
Repeat 15 times.
Make sure your legs stay beautiful throughout your pregnancy
as they support all the extra weight of your pregnancy.
Apply by massaging deeply into the soles of the feet, then continue by massaging up the legs using light pressure, as if you were rolling on stockings.
CLARINS TIP: Take one foot at a time between your two hands and reshape the arch from toe to heel.
