Clarins Extra Firming Sampling Kit is applicable for users who are new to Clarins, with no prior account creation in offline or online store, nor have sampled Clarins trial kit before. Trial kit is subject to one set of kit per unique customer, either by store redemption or online. Trial kit redemption cannot be transferred or redeemed on other behalf. Quantity of samples are not fixed and may subject to change based on consultation and without prior notice. Not applicable to users below 21 years old. Applicable for Malaysians and/or permanent residents with valid local mobile number only.

Redemption period is valid until 31/ 7/ 2025 or while trial kit lasts.

[STORE REDEMPTION] Clarins Extra Firming Sampling Kit will be given upon final consultation and completion of all activities/consultation in store where applicable. User is required to register and opt in to receive SMS confirmation. Users may be required to provide further information in store for verification purposes.

[ONLINE REDEMPTION] New user is required to create an account at www.clarins.com.my via online shipping option. Minimal shipping fee of RM10 (West Malaysia) or RM20 (East Malaysia) will be imposed for online sampling delivered to address within Malaysia. Sample kit redemption cannot be combined with purchase order.

Clarins Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel or decline any attempt of online order or attempted store redemption due to unauthorized use of trial kit due to multiple redemption, suspicious activity, technical error or unforeseen issues. Clarins Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
